I’ve Hit Rock Bottom Financially and Don’t Know How to Rebuild

I never imagined I would end up in a situation like this, but here I am—feeling like I’ve already erased the next two years of my life before they even had a chance to happen. I’m trapped and uncertain about how to move forward. Despite my best intentions, I’ve made the same mistakes repeatedly, and now it seems like there’s no way out.

Over the past few years, I’ve borrowed money from my sister three times, convinced I could recover my losses through cryptocurrency trading. Each time, I told myself that I had learned from my past, that I would be more disciplined, and that this time would be different. Unfortunately, I was wrong every time and lost it all.

Now, I find myself in the most difficult financial situation I’ve ever faced. I have no savings, an overwhelming amount of debt, and no support left to turn to. I’m filled with shame and feel like a failure, especially when it comes to facing my sister again. She helped me as much as she could, and I squandered that opportunity chasing a dream that never came to fruition.
