Migration from cTrader to MT5 at FundingPips – Urgent Help Needed!
Hello, fellow FundingPips traders! I’m reaching out for immediate assistance.
I have a cTrader account with $100,000 on FundingPips, and I recently learned that they have transitioned back to MT5. Despite using cTrader for the past 10 months and preferring it over MT5, my account has been migrated without my consent after the announcement.
I’m really frustrated! Why was this done without my approval?
I attempted to contact their supposed 24/7 support, but it appears to be non-existent. When I clicked the support button on their website, nothing happened—just a color change. The only assistance available is an FAQ bot.
They do have an email option, but I’m unsure if or when I might receive a response…
What should I do?
I’m not a fan of MetaTrader; I find it difficult to use. Plus, this migration has cost me five valuable trading days.
Is anyone else experiencing similar issues? Your insights would be greatly appreciated!

I’m really sorry to hear that you’re having such a frustrating experience with FundingPips. It’s definitely concerning that they migrated your account without your consent and that their support isn’t responsive. Here are a few steps you might want to consider taking:
Document Everything: Keep records of all your communications with them, including timestamps of when you tried to reach out for help. This can be useful if you need to escalate the issue.
Reach Out via Social Media: Sometimes companies are more responsive on their social media platforms. If they have accounts on Twitter, Facebook, or LinkedIn, try reaching out there.
Check Their Terms of Service: Look through the terms of service you agreed to when you created your account. There may be a clause that addresses account migrations and your rights in such situations.
Email Support Again: If you haven’t received a response from the email yet, consider sending a follow-up message. Make sure to clearly state your issue and express the urgency of your request.
Join Community Forums: You’re not alone in this—other traders might be experiencing similar issues. Community forums or groups related to FundingPips could provide support and advice on how they resolved their issues.
Consider Alternatives: If you can’t get a satisfactory response from them and you’re very unhappy with the platform, it might be worth exploring other trading platforms that better suit your needs.
Look into Consumer Protection: Depending on your jurisdiction, there may be financial regulatory bodies that you can reach out to regarding your issue, especially if you feel your rights as a consumer have been violated.
I hope you can find a resolution soon! Good luck, and don’t hesitate to keep the community updated on your progress.
